The Region of Doom, also known as the ''Cliffs of Doom'', is found on the northeast shore of Tiki Island. It holds major landmarks like the Lookout Point, Rock Wall, and the Hermit Cave. It contains the quickest route to Fisheye's Dock, and holds secrets to reach the Foggy Coast.

There is only one quest that takes place in the Region of Doom, but the Fisheye's Dock and The Underground Library quest involve it:
